We may update this Notice by posting the changes on the Website; therefore, we recommend that You review it each time You visit. Additionally, we may notify You of changes via the email address You provided at the time of registration.

- To prevent and investigate illicit activities, especially those related to fraud, drug trafficking, money laundering, terrorist financing, and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.

- To contact You regarding Service operations, mandatory communications, payment confirmations, etc.

3. How do we share your information?

Bennu
will not disclose any personally identifiable information except as required by applicable laws or described in this Policy and for the purposes specified herein.

We may share Your personal information or transaction details when requested by authorities, especially to prevent and investigate activities related to fraud, drug trafficking, money laundering, terrorist financing, and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. Even without a formal request, Bennu may voluntarily report and disclose necessary information to authorities to prevent illegal activities.

You also acknowledge that Bennu collaborates with banking institutions and third-party service providers to optimize Services, which may require sharing Your information under strict security standards.

While Your data will not be publicly published, Your name will be visible to contacts and to other Users when transactions are made. If You configure Your profile to be visible on Bennu, Your name will be accessible to other community users, allowing them to contact You. Bennu is not responsible for information shared outside the App by You or other Users.

Bennu

However, protecting Your information also depends on You. You must maintain the confidentiality of Your password. Your Bennu account is personal and non-transferable, and You are required to notify Bennu if an unauthorized third party gains access to it.

6. How long do we retain your information?

If You have applied for registration but Your application was not accepted, we will retain Your data for a period deemed necessary to address potential claims.

If registered, we will retain Your information while You remain a User. After deregistration, Your information will be retained as necessary to comply with legal obligations and address potential claims. Bennu is legally obligated to retain physical and digital records for a minimum of five (5) years for compliance with applicable laws regarding money laundering prevention, terrorist financing, and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
